Ticketing FAQ


Accessible Seating
  • Accessible seats can be purchased on www.AFtickets.com or by calling the Ticket Office at 719-472-1895.
Clear Bag Policy
  • Air Force Athletics has introduced a CLEAR BAG POLICY which limits bags that may be brought into sporting events. The policy will help to provide a safe environment for the public and significantly expedite fan entry into all Air Force Academy athletic venues.
Parking
  • Parking passes are not required for general parking at Air Force events. Some events offer premium parking, which do require a parking pass.
Conditions of Sale
  • All ticket sales are final. There are no refunds cancelations, or exchanges. Air Force Athletics reserves the right to change game times, dates, or locations with no refunds.
I can't find my tickets, what do I do?
  • Tickets can be accessed through your mobile device via the Air Force Falcons app or at www.AFtickets.com. For more information and step by step instructions please refer to our Mobile Ticket Guide. Please note, tickets cannot be accessed via a desktop computer.
I selected mobile delivery, where are my tickets?
  • Customers who select mobile delivery will receive two emails shortly after the completion of their order. One email provides a confirmation of the order. The second email includes a link to the tickets. 
    (If you ordered tickets to multiple events each event will have a separate link)
  • Season Ticket Holders who select delayed mobile delivery, will receive one email shortly after the completion of their order. The second email with the tickets will arrive at a later date.
  • Mobile delivery tickets are sent from afa.tickets@airforceathletics.org. Be sure to include this email address on your trusted sender list.
  • If you misplace the email with your tickets, you will need to log into your account using your smart phone. Click Here to sign into your online ticket account.
Do Not Transfer Tickets to Yourself
  • Be sure not to transfer tickets to the same email or phone number on your account as the tickets are already in your account.  If you transfer tickets to your phone number or email, you will need to cancel the Pending Transfer to regain access to your tickets.
What can I do with unused tickets?
  • Ticket Holders can login to their online ticket account via the Air Force Falcons app or www.AFtickets.com to transfer their tickets free of charge or list them directly on SeatGeek for resale. Unused tickets are not accepted by the Air Force Ticket Office for resale, account credit, or refund.
  • Reselling tickets on academy grounds is strictly prohibited.
Will Call
  • If tickets were left for you at will call or you are picking up tickets left for you by a player, coach, or staff member you are required to provide a valid photo ID.  All will call is located at the main box office for non-football events. During Football games Player/Coach will call is located inside Gate 4 (north side of Falcon Stadium)
Purchasing a ticket from someone outside of Air Force Athletics?
  • Only tickets purchased directly from the Air Force Athletics Ticket Office (aftickets.com) or FEVO can be authenticated at the gate upon entry. Air Force Athletics cannot guarantee that any tickets purchased from a third-party source are valid or that they will allow you entry into the stadium/arena.
  • Please be advised that Vivid Seats, Ticket Center, Game Time, eBay, and other secondary market sites could be counterfeit, stolen, or otherwise void, and might not be valid for admission to the event. Guests with invalid tickets will not be permitted to enter the Stadium and will have no recourse for reimbursement or other compensation through Air Force Athletics.
What forms of payment do you accept?
  • We accept all four major credit cards. (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover)
At what age are you required to have a ticket?
  • All guests, ages 3 or older, will require a ticket for entry to all Air Force Athletics events. Children, ages 2 or younger, do not require a ticket, provided they sit on the lap of a ticketed adult.
Do all sporting events require a ticket?
  • You will need a ticket to attend the following Air Force athletics sporting events: Football, Men’s Basketball, Women’s Basketball, Hockey, Volleyball, and Wrestling
  • Non-Ticketed sports include Lacrosse, Baseball, Soccer, Swimming and Diving, Tennis, Track and Field, Cross Country, Gymnastics, Golf, Fencing, Boxing, Rifle, and Water Polo
    • Select events may be ticketed, including but not limited to championships and tournaments. 
USAFA Gate Access
  • Athletic Events take place on a Federal Air Force Base.  Spectators should always be prepared to show IDs when entering the gates.  Typically, both North and South Gates are free flowing for Football games.  Spectators should always allow extra time for ID checks at the gates. Visitor hours for both gates are currently 0530 to 2200.
